One of the largest open-air markets in the Arusha region, Tengeru market is held on Sundays and Wednesdays along the road to Moshi. Thousands of vendors gather to sell everything from livestock and farm produce to clothing, tools, and crafts. The livestock section is particularly vibrant with Maasai herders trading cattle and goats.
