The interior design draws faithfully on the heritage of Al-Andalus: horseshoe arches, hand-painted ceramic tiles, star-shaped skylights filtering warm light from above, and the constant sound of water moving between pools at contrasting temperatures. The thermal circuit is the foundation of every visit — three marble pools maintained at hot, warm, and cold temperatures are traversed in a prescribed sequence to stimulate circulation, relax musculature, and activate the body's natural recovery processes. A dedicated steam room deepens the heating phase, opening pores and preparing the skin for the kessa exfoliation that follows. Kessa is the traditional Andalusian body scrub performed by an attendant using a coarse woollen mitt to remove dead skin cells and refine the skin's texture — a technique inherited directly from North African hammam culture and central to the authentic experience offered here. The full classical ritual, combining the bathing circuit with kessa and an argan oil massage, runs for approximately two and a half hours at around €75 per person and represents the most complete immersion in the hammam tradition available for first-time visitors.
