Espai Rural El Refugi (Montseny Forest Retreat)

Espai Rural El Refugi sits near Viladrau in Osona, deep within the Montseny mountains about 70km from Barcelona, and is built as a rural retreat compound rather than a conventional spa hotel. The property combines guest lodging with dedicated yoga and meditation spaces set among beech and oak forest, drawing on the Montseny region's reputation as a natural retreat area within Catalonia.
