Amura Restaurant is a prestigious fine dining destination at the Muelle Deportivo — the marina — in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of Gran Canaria and the largest city in the Canary Islands. The restaurant occupies a purpose-built space at the marina's edge, where the floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terrace offer uninterrupted views across the yachts and motor vessels of the Puerto de La Luz harbour to the open Atlantic beyond. It is consistently ranked among the top restaurants in Las Palmas and represents the city's most refined Mediterranean dining experience. The kitchen sources its raw materials from Gran Canaria and the surrounding Atlantic, framing them within Mediterranean culinary techniques: Atlantic tuna tartare with avocado and citrus; sea bass grilled whole with saffron-infused consommé; lobster bisque enriched with Canarian brandy; and a dessert selection that balances Spanish pastry tradition with local guanábana and banana produce. The wine list is extensive and seriously curated, covering all seven Canarian wine appellations — an unusually comprehensive assembly — alongside the major Spanish regions and international selections. The dining room is elegant: crisp white linen, polished glassware, and attentive but unfussy service appropriate to the marina setting.
