Every Saturday from 10AM to 8PM throughout the year, and extending to Mondays and Tuesdays during the summer season, hundreds of stalls spread across a sprawling garden setting surrounded by bougainvillea and tropical plants that lend the market its characteristic atmosphere.

The goods on offer reflect Ibiza's free-spirited heritage: handmade jewelry crafted from silver, semi-precious stones, and crystals; bohemian and ethnic-inspired clothing including embroidered kaftans, hand-painted fabrics, and flowing dresses; leather goods fashioned by skilled artisans; and decorative objects, incense, essential oils, and home wares drawn from traditions across Asia, North Africa, and the Mediterranean. The artisan-to-trinket ratio is considerably higher here than at many tourist-facing markets — many stall holders are the makers themselves, creating a genuine craft market atmosphere rather than a souvenir bazaar.

Bargaining is not a standard practice at Las Dalias; most vendors display fixed prices and the quality of workmanship supports those prices. Cash is the preferred payment method at the majority of stalls, though an increasing number now accept card payments. Tax-refund receipts for non-EU visitors are available from individual vendors upon request but must be arranged directly at each stall.

Beyond shopping, the market site features food stalls and a bar area serving traditional Ibizan dishes, tapas, and refreshments. Musicians and street performers set up in the central areas throughout the day, adding a festival dimension that distinguishes Las Dalias from purely commercial markets. The layout is roughly linear along the garden path, with jewelry and accessories concentrated near the entrance and clothing, crafts, and food toward the interior sections. Arriving in the late morning allows visitors to browse before peak midday crowds; summer Saturdays draw the largest numbers, with queues at the entrance during the afternoon.
