The crowd is a mix of locals and visitors in their 20s to 40s drawn by themed parties, fashion shows and touring artists; dress tends toward smart-casual to dressy, particularly on concert or themed-party nights, and the venue enforces Portugal's legal drinking and gaming age of 18. Music runs from DJ-driven dance and pop sets on standard nights to live performances by Portuguese and international artists during scheduled concerts, all delivered through a strong sound system and a bank of large video screens that are among the club's signature features. The drinks programme covers cocktails, spirits, wine and beer at bar-service prices typical of a casino-complex nightclub, without a dedicated bottle-service menu. Copacabana operates late, from around 11PM to 4AM, Thursday through Saturday, with the room building steadily after midnight and peaking between 1AM and 3AM on weekend nights; weeknights are generally dark unless a special event is scheduled.
