Lisboa Prata Boutique Hotel sits on Rua da Prata, one of the Pombaline Baixa's main parallel streets running south from Rossio toward Praça do Comércio and the Tagus waterfront. The 18th-century neoclassical building is characteristic of the uniformly planned post-earthquake Baixa grid, with a modest facade that opens into a small boutique property of 27 rooms across several floors. Baixa-Chiado metro station is a four-minute walk west; Praça do Comércio and the riverside promenade are five minutes south; Rossio square is five minutes north.

The hotel opened following a renovation of the original commercial building and retains Pombaline-era stucco ceilings and decorative tile borders in the common areas, paired with contemporary furniture and neutral tones in the guest rooms. Standard and Superior Rooms are compact — characteristic of Baixa building footprints — but efficiently laid out with flat-screen televisions, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. Double Rooms on upper floors have partial views across the Baixa rooftops toward the castle hill.
