Ramee Guestline Hotel Qurum

Ramee Guestline Hotel Qurum is a three-star budget hotel on Street 1622 in Qurum Heights, Muscat, Oman. The hotel offers simple rooms near the beach and restaurants of the Qurum district, and it shares a street with other budget properties in Qurum Heights. Qurum Beach and the Qurum commercial area are a short drive, and the Muscat Expressway provides links to the airport, Al Khuwair and the Grand Mosque in Ghubra. Mutrah Souq and Old Muscat can be reached by taxi to the east. The property belongs to the Ramee group of Omani and Gulf hotels, which operates a range of hotels at different price points, and the Guestline name denotes its economy format. Rooms are offered as Single Rooms, Double Rooms, Twin Rooms and Family Rooms, with nightly rates commonly between OMR 20 and OMR 40. Amenities include wifi, air conditioning, 24-hour reception, parking and breakfast available. There is no large pool or spa, so the hotel suits travellers who spend most of the day exploring Muscat and its surroundings. Breakfast is offered on site, and the surrounding area has many inexpensive restaurants serving Omani, Indian, Lebanese and international food. Service is practical and straightforward, with reception open around the clock, which helps guests arriving on night flights, and Family Rooms support small groups. Visitors on a budget find the hotel useful because accommodation in Oman is more expensive than in some regional neighbours, and the location offers a reasonable compromise between cost and access to the coast. Taxis are the usual way to move around, and parking is provided for guests using hire cars for trips to wadis, mountains and coastal villages. Air conditioning in all rooms is essential in the hot season from May to September, when daytime temperatures rise sharply and outdoor activities move to early morning and evening.
