Hotel Tutto stands on Jane Sandanski street in central Ohrid, roughly 300 meters from the main pedestrian promenade Kej Makedonija and the same distance from the lower gates of the old town. The location gives guests a useful balance: the lakefront restaurants and bars are a short flat walk, while the uphill climb to Sveta Sofija Cathedral or the Samuel Fortress takes ten to fifteen minutes on foot.

The building is contemporary in construction, completed within the last decade, and interior design follows a clean European boutique style — dark wood accents, textured walls, and restrained use of local stone. Standard rooms are adequately sized with double or twin beds, flat-screen television, air-conditioning, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Superior and junior suite categories offer slightly more floor space and better views.

The rooftop terrace is the property's most distinctive feature, offering a panorama across old town rooflines and the lake beyond. It operates as a bar and informal dining space through summer evenings and is popular with both hotel guests and local visitors. The ground-floor restaurant serves a menu of Macedonian dishes and Mediterranean-influenced plates from morning through late evening.

There is no swimming pool or spa. The front desk is staffed around the clock and can assist with organizing boat excursions, day trips to Sveti Naum monastery, and car rental.
