A visit typically begins with a walk through the working groves, where staff or self-guided signage explain how cacao pods grow directly from the trunk and lower branches of the tree, followed by a look at the drying patios where beans are laid out in the sun as part of the traditional processing method still used on the property. The tour continues indoors with a small demonstration area showing the stages from roasted bean to ground chocolate liquor to finished bar or drink, giving visitors a hands-on sense of a process that most only encounter as a finished product.
