Sunrise is the only workable time for this subject, since balloon flights depend on calm early-morning air; by mid-morning rising thermals ground the operators and the launch fields empty. The clearest, calmest launch conditions occur between November and April, when dry-season mornings bring the stillest air, while the rainy season's unpredictable dawn weather often cancels flights.
