Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait City

Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait City is a serviced-apartment hotel on Abdul Minem Riyad Street in Mirqab (Block 3), Kuwait City, Kuwait. The property sits under 1 km from the Mirqab centre and next to Assima Mall, one of the capital's main shopping destinations, and Al Shaheed Park is also close by. Mirqab is a central district between the Gulf Road waterfront and the Sharq and Qibla business areas, so Souq Al-Mubarakiya, Kuwait Towers and the main government districts are all within a short taxi ride. Kuwait International Airport is roughly a 25 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic. The format is designed for longer stays: instead of conventional hotel rooms, guests book studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments that typically combine a living area, bedroom and kitchen facilities. That layout suits relocating professionals, project teams, and families who want more space and the ability to cook, and it generally costs less per person than booking several standard rooms. The Marriott Executive Apartments brand adds housekeeping and front-desk services on top of the apartment layout, giving a more residential and quieter atmosphere than a convention hotel. Dining and recreation facilities are more limited than at full-service towers, but Assima Mall next door provides restaurants, supermarkets and cafes within easy reach. Rates start from about KWD 67 (roughly $219) per night and vary with season, weekday and event dates; longer stays often attract lower nightly rates. Guests rate the property 9.4 out of 10 on Trip.com from 57 reviews, which is among the higher scores for serviced apartments in the city. The location suits business visitors on extended assignments and families exploring Kuwait over a week or more who value space and shopping convenience over resort-style amenities.
