Brand authenticity is not a concern here, as all tenants are established national or international chains rather than informal vendors, and prices are fixed with standard retail practices; bargaining is not part of mall shopping culture in Japan. Credit cards, IC transit cards, and cash are all accepted throughout, and the mall's information counter can process tax-free purchases for eligible tourists at participating stores with a passport. The food court is large, with a wide range of Japanese and international fast-casual options, plus a food court operating until 22:00, later than the general store hours of 10:00–21:00. The atmosphere is that of a typical Japanese suburban mall — practical, air-conditioned, and geared toward locals doing everyday shopping rather than a tourist attraction — but it is useful for restocking travel essentials, browsing electronics, or catching a film at the on-site cinema. The must-visit corners are the anchor Aeon department store for general goods and the top-floor food court and cinema complex for a meal or a movie break.
