The street sells local sake from Chichibu's several breweries, regional crafts such as Chichibu meisen silk goods, mountain vegetables and pickles, and souvenirs themed around the city's famous Chichibu Night Festival. Because most vendors are small, independently run shops rather than chain souvenir stores, the goods lean toward genuine regional products, though the arcade's proximity to the station means a portion of stalls stock generic snack and trinket souvenirs aimed at day-trippers. Prices are modest, generally ¥200 to ¥8,000, fixed rather than negotiable, and cash is the dominant payment method at the smaller stalls, with only the larger shops accepting cards; tax-free service is not typically offered given the low transaction sizes. The arcade is compact and can feel busy in the late afternoon when hikers and day-trippers return from the surrounding mountains to catch trains back to Tokyo, and it includes a handful of food stalls selling grilled skewers, soft-serve, and local specialties like miso potato.
