On the lower town stands the elliptical Roman amphitheatre, once seating thousands, along with mosaics and remains of Roman villas. The hilltop old town preserves the Gothic cathedral of San Pardo (consecrated 1319) with its rose window and portal, and the Ducal Palace. Larino is also the stage for the spectacular San Pardo flower-cart festival each May.
