The Fontana Fraterna is a graceful Romanesque-Gothic fountain with a row of arches built from reused Roman and medieval stone, including an inscribed block. Long the social and water-gathering heart of old Isernia, it was carefully reassembled after wartime damage and remains a beloved civic emblem.
