Milan's nightlife is sophisticated, design-conscious and anchored around the aperitivo ritual. The scene spans Navigli's canal-side bars, Brera's intimate wine bars, Isola's indie clubs and the glamorous cocktail terraces of the city centre. Nightclubs open late (midnight) and close at 4-5AM.

Milan offers one of Italy's most diverse nightlife scenes: cocktail bars in Brera, canal-side aperitivo in Navigli, electronic clubs in Porta Romana and the Ortona warehouse district, and jazz and live music in Isola.
