Villa Clodia Hotel & Resort sits on the island of Grado, a historic thermal spa town on the northern Adriatic separated from the mainland by a lagoon crossed by a causeway bridge. The property occupies a position on Viale Europa in the quieter western residential sector of the island, roughly 600 meters from the sandy beaches fronting the open Adriatic and around 1 km from the ancient Old Town (Grado Vecchio) with its sixth-century basilicas and mosaic floors.

Accommodation is classified as Classic, Superior, and Junior Suite; the Junior Suite tier commands partial views across the Grado lagoon toward the mainland horizon. Aquileia, the UNESCO-listed Roman and early-Christian archaeological site, is 15 km by road; Trieste is 45 km to the southeast.
