The Ranakpur Jain Temple complex is considered one of the most spectacular examples of Jain architecture in the world, built in the 15th century with 1,444 intricately carved marble pillars — each unique in design. Dedicated to Adinath, the first Jain Tirthankara, the main Chaturmukha temple is carved from milky white marble with extraordinary detail and is set in a serene forest of the Aravalli hills.
