Bundi is home to some of Rajasthan's most impressive step-wells (baoris), with Raniji ki Baoli (Queen's Step Well) being the most spectacular. Built in 1699 by Rani Nathavatji, this 46-meter deep step-well features elaborate carvings, niches with sculptures, and symmetrical architecture descending to the water level. Bundi's step-wells are among the finest surviving examples of this unique Indian water architecture.
