Goa has a tropical monsoon climate with three distinct seasons: winter (November-February) which is the tourist high season with pleasant weather, summer (March-May) which is hot and dry, and monsoon (June-September) with heavy rainfall. The Arabian Sea moderates temperatures year-round.
