Built by the Portuguese in 1617 on the ruins of Adil Shah's palace, Chapora Fort commands sweeping views over the Chapora River estuary and the Arabian Sea. Made famous by the 2001 Bollywood film Dil Chahta Hai, the fort's dramatic ruined walls and panoramic vistas make it unmissable.
