Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India and one of the finest examples of Indo-Saracenic architecture in the world, designed by Edwin Lutyens. The 340-room mansion sits at the top of Raisina Hill at the end of the ceremonial Kartavya Path (formerly Rajpath) and is surrounded by the 15-acre Mughal Garden (now Amrit Udyan), open to public for a few weeks each year. The Changing of the Guard ceremony takes place on Saturday mornings.
