Kalogria Beach Hotel sits directly on Kalogria beach, one of the longer and less-developed stretches of sand on the Achaean coast, approximately 35 kilometres northwest of Patras along the coastal road through Araxos. The beach is backed by the Strofylia Forest, a rare coastal pine forest forming part of a protected national park that preserves extensive wetlands, sand dunes, and migratory bird habitat. This natural backdrop distinguishes Kalogria from the more built-up coastal resorts further east on the gulf, and the national park designation limits future development in the immediate surroundings.

The hotel is a low-rise beach property built in a style that maintains visual connection to the natural setting. Beach access is immediate from the hotel grounds, with sunbeds and umbrellas available on the sand. An outdoor swimming pool provides an alternative on days when wind conditions make the sea choppy.
