Parga is a small coastal resort on the northwest Epirus coast, about 65 km south of Ioannina and accessible via the Preveza-Lefkada regional highway. The town clusters around a Venetian fortress above its harbour, while Lichnos Beach — a wide arc of sand backed by olive groves — lies roughly 2 km south of the centre. Villa Veroniki stands on the Lichnos Beach Road, placing guests within easy walking distance of the beach and a short drive from the town's tavernas, the castle viewpoints, and the ferry point for Antipaxos day trips.

The property consists of self-catering villas in a whitewashed Mediterranean style, incorporating traditional Epirus stonework detailing alongside modern interiors designed for independent holidaymakers. A selection of beach bars and cafes operates along Lichnos Beach throughout the summer season.

No spa or gym is on the premises; the private pool serves as the primary recreational amenity alongside immediate beach access. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villas.
