Thermae Sylla Spa & Wellness Hotel is the principal property of Loutra Aidipsou, the thermal resort town on the northern coast of Euboea (Evia) island, approximately 160 kilometres north of Athens via the ferry crossing from Arkitsa on the mainland. The hotel stands on Poseidonos Avenue, the seafront promenade, with direct access to a private pebble beach and unobstructed views over the North Euboean Gulf. Loutra Aidipsou has been one of Greece's primary therapeutic tourism destinations since antiquity; the area's volcanic thermal springs reach temperatures of up to 82°C and are documented from the Roman period, when figures including Julius Caesar and Sulla reportedly took the waters here.

The Thermae Sylla is the town's oldest and most historically prominent hotel, originating in the late nineteenth century. The current structure is a grand Belle Époque-influenced building with a colonnaded facade and formal public rooms that preserve the aesthetic of the early therapeutic hotel era. Successive renovations have modernised the facilities while retaining the building's period character.

Classic Rooms, Superior Sea View rooms, Junior Suites, and Grand Suites form the room inventory. Sea View categories face the North Euboean Gulf directly. All rooms include air conditioning and satellite television; suites add private terrace access. Breakfast is served in a formal dining room overlooking the water and is included in most rates.

The restaurant serves Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced seafood — grilled fish, octopus, and shellfish. The bar occupies a terrace position on the seafront.

The hydrotherapy centre is the property's defining feature: an extensive complex of thermal mineral pools, thalassotherapy pools, Vichy showers, mud treatments, and full-body massage therapies. An indoor thermal pool draws from the volcanic springs at therapeutic temperatures. Therapists on site include licensed physiotherapists, and multi-day therapeutic programmes can be arranged. An outdoor seawater pool and gym supplement the wellness offering. The hotel suits couples, guests with musculoskeletal conditions seeking balneological therapy, and groups using the conference facilities.
