Standard, Superior, and Family rooms are available. Family rooms accommodate up to four guests and are commonly booked by ski parties travelling with children. All rooms include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and mountain or village views. The ground-floor restaurant serves Greek home-style cooking — roast meats, stews, and grilled vegetables — alongside a selection of local wines. The fireplace lounge on the same level provides a warm gathering point after days on the slopes or hiking trails.

Ski storage is provided on-site, a practical amenity given the volume of equipment guests bring. The hotel does not have a spa or swimming pool. The street-level position gives straightforward access to Arachova's shops, which are known for hand-woven textiles, local cheeses, and preserved olives sold directly from producers.
