Appart'City Bordeaux Centre

Appart'City Bordeaux Centre is an apart-hotel at 36 Rue du Général de Larminat in Bordeaux, France, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, on the western side of the city centre. The address lies beyond the busiest tourist streets, in a mostly residential and commercial area from which the Mériadeck district, Place Gambetta and the Grand Théâtre can be reached by tram, bus or a longer walk. Appart'City is a French network of apart-hotels offering self-catering studios and apartments at moderate prices, and this property follows the same formula: functional modern accommodation with reception services but fewer extras than a conventional hotel. Listed amenities are wifi and a kitchenette, enabling guests to cook simple meals, store groceries and avoid restaurant bills during longer stays. Studios generally include a sleeping area, a compact kitchen and a bathroom, and some units can accommodate extra guests, though configurations should be confirmed at booking. There is no spa, pool or restaurant listed; a breakfast option is commonly available at an extra charge in the network, and many guests prefer local bakeries and cafés. Dinner choices are numerous in the central districts, which offer brasseries, wine bars and regional restaurants serving duck, oysters and Bordeaux wines, and the apart-hotel format suits visitors who mix self-catering with occasional meals out. The service character is practical and low-key: self check-in options are typical in the brand, housekeeping is usually reduced, and the audience includes business travellers on extended stays, families, students and budget-conscious tourists. Indicative nightly rates of roughly EUR 55 to 120 make it one of the cheaper ways to stay within reach of the historic centre, and weekly rates are typically lower again. Prices tend to rise with weekend demand, trade fairs and the autumn harvest season, so booking early helps.
