The route covers three to four stops along and near Boulevard du 30 Juin in Gombe, Kinshasa's diplomatic and business quarter, and is built entirely from restaurants and bars that are verified as currently operating. The evening opens with a drink and a small plate at Le Colibri, where a toast cannibal (a raw-beef tartare on toast, a Kinshasa specialty) pairs with a Congolese beer such as Primus or Skol. The main course follows at either Mama Colonel, known for grilled chicken, or Rocas Restaurant & Grill, known for its Tomahawk steak, giving a savoury anchor to the evening. The circuit closes with a dessert or cocktail stop at Le Z Restaurant et Lounge, which offers elevated views over the city.
