Parklane Chang'an International Hotel

Parklane Chang'an International Hotel is an upscale hotel in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, rated 4.3 on Tripadvisor from 347 reviews. The listing gives only the town as its address and its coordinates are approximate, taken from a map entry, so visitors should confirm the exact street address and route with the hotel before travelling. Chang'an lies in the south-west of Dongguan, close to the Shenzhen border and the Pearl River estuary, and is one of the city's wealthiest towns, known for electronics manufacturing and a large business population. Modern towers, shopping centres and restaurants are concentrated in its centre, and taxis and ride-hailing cars connect it with central Dongguan and Shenzhen.

The hotel serves a mix of business travellers, trade visitors and short-stay guests. Room types listed are Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Suites, which give options from a simple business room to a larger suite for longer stays. Free WiFi, restaurants and meeting space are the listed amenities, which suggest a property able to host meetings and events as well as accommodate individual guests. A pool, spa and gym are not listed and should not be assumed. The upscale category indicates a higher standard of finish and service than the town's economy hotels, though the exact star rating is not listed.

Dining is provided by the hotel's restaurants, which typically cover breakfast and Cantonese-style meals, and Chang'an has a wide choice of restaurants serving seafood, roast meats, hot pot and international food in its shopping and business districts. Visitors can also find cafés and casual chains within a short ride.

Service is business-oriented, with meeting space supporting conferences, business events and banquets. The Tripadvisor rating of 4.3 from a sizeable number of reviews points to generally positive guest experiences, although visitors should read recent reviews for current detail. The hotel suits travellers with business in Chang'an's factories and offices and those passing between Shenzhen and Dongguan. Advance booking is advisable during trade events and public holidays, and allowing extra time for road traffic near the Shenzhen border at peak hours is sensible.
