Bao'an is Shenzhen's westernmost and largest district by population, a Pearl River estuary district that holds Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, the Qianhai-adjacent Bao'an Center business area, and old fishing and oyster towns such as Shajing and Fuyong.
Bao'an is a residential and manufacturing district; nightlife means late food streets, waterfront strolls and mall bars rather than clubbing, which is concentrated in Nanshan's Shekou and Futian.
Quiet and family-oriented outside Bao'an Center and Xixiang.
