Royal Plaza by Stellar Hotels, Yerevan

Royal Plaza by Stellar Hotels, Yerevan is a three-star hotel at 9 Martiros Saryan Street in the Kentron district of Yerevan, Armenia. Saryan Street is a central, relatively calm street near the Opera and Cascade area and Abovyan Street, and Republic Square and Northern Avenue are within a reasonable walk or short taxi ride. The street is named after the Armenian painter Martiros Saryan, whose house museum is located in the city, a point of interest for visitors with an interest in art. The hotel is operated by Stellar Hotels, an Armenian hotel group, and it provides a straightforward three-star standard with rooms as doubles, twins and suites. Published rates run from about AMD 24,000 to 54,000 (approximately $65-150) per night, making it one of the more affordable choices in the central district. Listed amenities are wifi and air conditioning; the available data does not list a pool, spa or restaurant, so guests usually have breakfast or other meals at cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets. Guest feedback is mixed to good: KAYAK showed 7.9 out of 10 from 1,127 reviews in October 2026, about 4.0 on a five-point scale, which is lower than the top-rated neighbors but reasonable for the price. The hotel suits budget-conscious travelers, short stays and visitors who prefer a quieter central street to the busy Republic Square area. Guests can telephone +374 10 505000 or visit royalplaza.am for details. Since reviews are somewhat more varied than for newer or higher-priced hotels, travelers who care about room quality may want to read recent feedback and confirm room type when booking. Taxis and the metro give easy access to the airport, bus terminals and day-trip destinations such as Garni, Geghard and Echmiadzin.
