Avenue 30 Hotel is located at 30/1 Mesrop Mashtots Avenue in central Yerevan, Armenia, close to the Alexander Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet Theatre. Mashtots Avenue is one of the capital's principal boulevards, named after the creator of the Armenian alphabet, and it connects Freedom Square and the Opera area with the Matenadaran, home of the country's ancient manuscripts, at its upper end. The hotel's address places the Cascade Complex, Northern Avenue, Republic Square and many of the city's cafes and galleries within an easy walk, and taxis are plentiful. Zvartnots International Airport is about 12 kilometres away.
