Long Hostel Phu Quoc

Long Hostel stands on Tran Hung Dao Street in Duong Dong, Phu Quoc Island's main commercial district, placing guests within walking distance of the island's night market, seafood restaurants, and the central taxi and bus rank. The Dinh Cau Night Market is roughly 600 metres to the south, and Duong Dong fishing harbour is an easy ten-minute walk from the front door. Phu Quoc International Airport lies approximately eight kilometres to the east and is reachable in around fifteen minutes by taxi.

The hostel occupies a narrow shophouse-style building across several floors, a format common to budget accommodation along Tran Hung Dao Street. Both mixed dormitory bunks and small private rooms are available. Private rooms include air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom; dormitory beds come with a locker and reading light. Cleanliness is reliable and the no-frills aesthetic is consistent with the price point. There is no restaurant on-site, but Tran Hung Dao Street is lined with cheap local eateries, bánh mì stalls, and coffee shops that keep guests well-fed at minimal cost.

A common area on the ground floor serves as a gathering point, informal reception desk, and tour booking counter. The front desk is the hostel's most useful asset: staff arrange motorbike rentals, the single most practical way to explore Phu Quoc's beaches and fishing villages independently, and book group day tours to Sao Beach, the pepper farms of the island's interior, and snorkelling trips in the southern archipelago. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. The hostel is best suited to solo backpackers and budget-conscious travellers using Phu Quoc as an active base for island exploration.
