Chimgan Mountain Hiking
Hike through the Tian Shan foothills from the Chimgan resort area, with trails ranging from easy valley walks to the challenging 3,309m Chimgan summit. The region is 80km from Tashkent and offers spectacular views over forested slopes and alpine meadows.
Charvak Reservoir Kayaking and Rafting
Kayak or raft on the turquoise Charvak Reservoir in a dramatic mountain setting, with the snow-capped Tian Shan as backdrop. In spring, the river above the reservoir offers white-water rafting on Grade II-III rapids through the Chatkal gorge.
Rock Climbing in Yangibazar Canyon
