The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia occupies floors 48 through 60 of the Comcast Technology Center at 19th and JFK Boulevard, making it the highest hotel in Philadelphia by a considerable margin. The tower, designed by Norman Foster + Partners and completed in 2018, stands in the Midtown Village section of Center City, two blocks from Suburban Station and within walking distance of Rittenhouse Square, the Rodin Museum, and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway museum corridor. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the downtown skyline, the Delaware River, and on clear days New Jersey and Delaware beyond.

Rooms and suites were designed by Yabu Pushelberg in a neutral palette accented with locally commissioned artwork and bespoke furniture. All rooms feature the elevated city panorama that defines the property's identity. The seasonally heated rooftop pool on the 57th floor is open year-round and accessible exclusively to hotel guests. Jean-Georges Philadelphia, the flagship restaurant from chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, occupies the tower's lobby level and draws both hotel guests and city diners. A second-floor café provides a more casual all-day option. The spa spreads across 8,000 square feet with treatment rooms, a relaxation pool, and a steam suite. The fitness center spans 6,000 square feet and includes Peloton bikes, TRX equipment, and personal training. The hotel accommodates pets of any size. Concierge services extend to curated city itineraries, restaurant reservations, and cultural event tickets.
