The Spa at Pinehurst Resort occupies a purpose-built facility at 80 Carolina Vista Dr within the grounds of the historic Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina's Sandhills region. Pinehurst is globally recognized as an American golf landmark, and the spa has developed a treatment philosophy that acknowledges the physical demands of the sport without limiting itself to athletic clientele. The facility covers approximately 30,000 square feet, making it the largest spa in the Sandhills area, and opened as part of a broader resort expansion.

The treatment menu centers on the longleaf pine forests that define the Pinehurst landscape. The signature Longleaf Pine Body Scrub employs pine resin and regional mineral salts to exfoliate and soften, referencing the dominant ecosystem of the North Carolina Sandhills. The Golf Recovery Massage, one of the facility's most requested services, addresses the muscular patterns common to golfers — including hip flexors, forearm extensors, and the lumbar region — using a combination of deep tissue technique and assisted stretching. Hydrotherapy services, couples treatment rooms, and nail services round out the menu.

Therapists hold state licensure and receive ongoing in-house training calibrated to the spa's regional treatment approach. The facility features relaxation lounges, a mineral pool, steam rooms, and a co-ed social space where guests can continue to unwind between treatments or after a round of golf. Robes and slippers are provided. The spa operates daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
