Wood-oven pizza is the kitchen centrepiece, with thin-crust pies finished in a wood-fired oven that produces a slightly charred, blistered crust distinguishing them from the standard Kansas pizza options. The pizza dough is made in-house daily. Chicken Marsala, prepared with a classic Marsala wine and mushroom reduction, and fettuccine Alfredo made with a genuine cream-and-parmigiano reduction rather than a processed substitute, represent the pasta program's strengths. The tiramisu — layered ladyfinger, espresso, and mascarpone — is the most consistent dessert and among the better versions available in Wichita's Italian dining landscape. The dining room is family-restaurant Italian in character: red-and-white checked tablecloths, framed Italian prints, and a noise level that makes conversation easy even during busy weekend services. A modest wine list with Italian-American staples serves the casual dining clientele. Reservations are accepted and useful on Friday and Saturday evenings; walk-ins are accommodated with a short wait on most other nights.
