XVA Art Hotel occupies a restored 1920s wind-tower merchant house in Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, Bur Dubai's old quarter of coral-stone courtyard houses, a short walk from the Dubai Museum, Al Fahidi Fort and the Bur Dubai abra station on Dubai Creek.
