Forsage Club

Forsage Club is a dance-oriented nightclub at Mokra (Kudriashova) Street 3 in central Kyiv, Ukraine, in the Lypky and Zoloti Vorota area between the government quarter and the old town. It has historically drawn a younger crowd, mainly people in their late teens to early thirties, including students and groups celebrating birthdays, and the atmosphere is energetic, mainstream and unpretentious. Dress is casual to going-out smart, and the door is less selective than at underground techno venues, though staff may refuse entry to visibly intoxicated guests or those under the legal age. Music is dance and DJ sets built around popular club tracks, with the DJ line-up varying by night. The drinks programme includes beer at about UAH 100-180 and cocktails at about UAH 250-400 (approximately $2.50-9), along with shots, spirits and soft drinks, and prices are generally moderate by central Kyiv standards. Under wartime conditions the club has shortened its schedule to early-evening sessions at weekends: its published schedule lists Friday to Sunday from 7PM to 11PM, rather than the former all-night format. A door fee of UAH 200-500 (approximately $4.50-11) applies, and the amount depends on the night and sometimes on arrival time. Tables can be reserved by groups, and bottle service is available at some venues of this type, though visitors should ask about availability and minimum spend by contacting the club before arriving. Queues form soon after opening on Friday and Saturday because the sessions are compressed, and arriving early avoids the longest wait. Identification showing age should be carried. During air-raid alerts, guests follow staff instructions and move to the shelter, and the session may be cut short. Because the schedule has changed repeatedly, confirming the day's session on the club's channels before travelling is advisable.
