Located beneath Baan Rim Pa on the Kalim Beach cliffs, Joe's Downstairs is a more relaxed, cocktail-bar-meets-restaurant experience. The clifftop terrace has spectacular sea views. The menu is international — tapas, pizza, pasta — and the cocktail list is excellent.
