Khao Rang, or Rang Hill, is a forested hill on Khaw Sim Bee Road in Ratsada, Mueang Phuket, Thailand, and its summit is the main city viewpoint over Phuket Town. A steep road climbs about 139 metres above sea level from the edge of town, and the top holds a small park, a pavilion, a statue of the town's well-known Chinese-Thai governor Khaw Sim Bee, and a cluster of restaurants and cafes with terraces facing the view.

From the lookout, visitors see the tiled rooftops of Phuket Town, Chalong Bay to the south, and, on clear days, the hills of the island's interior and out toward the sea. Near the summit, a small outdoor gym and walking paths draw local residents for exercise, particularly in the early morning and after work. The viewpoint is open daily and free to visit, while restaurants usually operate from 10:00 to 23:00. A typical visit lasts about one hour, or longer if dining. The best photo angles are from the main lookout terrace facing south-west toward the old town, and from the restaurant balconies after dark, when the city lights spread below. Late afternoon draws the largest crowds, as visitors arrive for sunset and linger for dinner; mornings are quieter, with joggers and cyclists using the road. Visitors reach the hill by Grab or Bolt app (fare shown in the app before booking) from Phuket Old Town or by scooter, but the road is steep and winding, and unsuitable for inexperienced riders in wet weather. It works well as an end-of-day stop after exploring the old town, and the cooler air on the summit offers relief from the heat of the lowlands. Some paths are rough, and visitors should wear sturdy shoes.
