Les Marécottes Hostel

Les Marécottes Hostel sits in the small alpine village of Les Marécottes, part of the Salvan commune above Martigny in the lower Valais, a short drive or train ride from the valley floor via the Martigny–Châtelard line. The village is known for its open-air natural-pool swimming area and the small Alpine zoo a few minutes' walk away, and the hostel serves as a base for hiking the trails around the Col de la Forclaz and skiing the small Les Marécottes-La Creusaz area in winter.
