Constance Lemuria occupies a large peninsula on Praslin's northwestern tip at Anse Kerlan, one of the least developed corners of the island. The resort spans three distinct beaches — Anse Kerlan, Anse Georgette (accessible to the public on foot through the property but operationally controlled by the resort), and a smaller cove — and operates the only 18-hole golf course on Praslin, which was laid out over granite outcrops and coastal vegetation by designer Rodney Wright. The approach from Praslin Airport is around 15 minutes by road.
Accommodation comprises 105 suites and villas distributed across three building clusters corresponding to the property's three beaches. Junior suites occupy the main resort building; the more spacious senior suites and pool villas are set across landscaped gardens closer to the water. All accommodation is air-conditioned, with private terraces or gardens and direct or indirect beach access. The full-facility Constance design vocabulary — generous room dimensions, natural stone floors, and regional hardwoods — is consistent throughout.
Four restaurants serve the property. The main dining venue, L'Archipel, operates as an open-air buffet and à la carte venue for breakfast and dinner. La Varangue specialises in Creole cuisine; Diva focuses on international dishes with wood-oven cooking; and Café des Arts serves light meals beside the resort's art gallery. A wine cellar and cigar lounge round out the evening options.
The Constance Lemuria Spa covers ten treatment rooms and uses a blend of Ayurvedic, Thai, and Western therapies adapted for the tropical climate. There are four swimming pools across the property, two of which are adults-only. The water sports centre on Anse Kerlan beach offers windsurfing, kayaking, and snorkelling trips to nearby reefs. Tennis courts and the golf course add to the on-site activity options. A dedicated children's club, L'Étoile de Mer, runs daily programmes, making the property one of the more family-oriented luxury resorts in Seychelles.
