Litia Sini Beach Fales occupies one of the most celebrated beach positions in Samoa — directly on the white sand of Lalomanu Beach on Upolu's southeast coast, approximately 72 kilometres from Apia by road. Lalomanu is routinely cited among the finest beaches in the Pacific, characterised by powdery white sand, clear turquoise water, and a reef that creates calm conditions for swimming and snorkelling within metres of the shore.

The accommodation consists of traditional open-air Samoan fales constructed from timber and woven reed, positioned on or immediately behind the beach with unobstructed water views. Fales are open-sided, allowing sea breezes through the structure, and have simple mattresses, mosquito nets, and basic bedding. Bathrooms are shared and maintained to a reasonable standard. This is coastal accommodation in its most authentic form — there is no air conditioning, no television, and privacy is limited by the open walls — but the setting and the experience are what draw visitors from across the world.

Meals are prepared and served by the family running the property. The standard daily rate typically covers accommodation and two or three meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared from local ingredients with an emphasis on fresh fish, root vegetables, and coconut-based dishes. The quality of the cooking is one of the property's most consistent strengths according to returning guests.

The beach is shared with other fale operators along the Lalomanu shoreline, creating a low-key, communal atmosphere. Snorkelling gear is available to rent or borrow. There is no pool, bar, or spa — the beach itself is the primary amenity.

Litia Sini is particularly suited to backpackers, long-term travellers, and visitors seeking a direct encounter with traditional coastal Samoan life.
