Oasis Marigot Apartments occupies a hillside position above Marigot Bay, a sheltered deep-water harbour on Saint Lucia's west coast roughly 15 kilometres south of Castries. Marigot Bay is one of the most photographed natural harbours in the Caribbean — a narrow channel opening into a palm-fringed lagoon sheltering visiting yachts, with steep wooded hillsides on three sides. The property sits above the marina level on the northern slope, reached via a short steep driveway, and commands views directly down over the bay.
The accommodation units are self-contained apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes, separate sleeping areas, and private balconies positioned to face the bay. Units are furnished simply with tiled floors, ceiling fans, and air conditioning; the style is practical and residential rather than hotel-designed. Apartment configurations range from studios through to two-bedroom units, making them well suited to stays of a week or more. A shared outdoor pool on the upper terrace provides bay views and afternoon shade.
Food and drink access at marina level is via a complimentary water-taxi ferry that runs continuously between the hillside landing and the marina dock during daylight hours. At marina level, restaurants and a bar operate from the Discovery at Marigot Bay resort dock. Self-caterers will find a small grocery store at the marina for basics and a larger supermarket on the main road above the bay for a fuller shop. The apartments have no on-site restaurant or bar. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and on-site parking is provided. The atmosphere is quiet and residential, drawing independent travellers, sailing visitors, and guests wanting a calm base for exploring the southern part of the island — the Pitons and Soufrière are approximately 25–30 kilometres south.
