Cap Maison Resort and Spa sits on a clifftop at Cap Estate, the northernmost point of Saint Lucia, approximately 18 kilometers from Castries and 20 minutes from George F.L. Charles domestic airport. The property occupies a private headland with Atlantic views to the east and, on clear days, Martinique visible across the channel to the north. Cap Estate is Saint Lucia's most established luxury residential neighborhood, giving the resort a secluded character despite reasonable proximity to Rodney Bay's amenities.

The resort opened in 2010 with a deliberate boutique scale — 49 suites and villas, ensuring the staff-to-guest ratio remains high throughout the year. The architectural reference is Mediterranean: stone walls, wrought-iron detailing, terracotta roof tiles, and shaded loggias facing the sea. Room categories range from Ocean View Suites with private plunge pools to the multi-bedroom Rock Maison Villa, the property's most expansive and private offering. Butler service covers the villa categories; all suites face the ocean in orientation.

The Cliff at Cap is the resort's signature restaurant — positioned at the edge of the headland with tables extending over the water on a cantilevered wooden deck. The kitchen focuses on contemporary Caribbean cuisine with European technique, and the wine list is one of the more considered on the island. The Village, a second venue, handles casual poolside dining and afternoon drinks. The Rock Spa provides body treatments and couples' therapies in semi-open air treatment rooms positioned on the cliff face. A complimentary sunset cruise is included for guests in villa categories.

Cap Maison does not operate a mandatory all-inclusive structure; the pricing model is room-plus-dining, which suits guests who prefer to eat at their own pace rather than on a plan. The concierge team organizes sailing charters, golf at nearby Cap Estate Golf Club, diving excursions, and transport south to the Pitons.
