Quinta Real Zacatecas

Quinta Real Zacatecas is built inside the preserved walls of the Plaza de Toros San Pedro, a 19th-century bullring converted into a hotel in 1989, standing directly beside the colonial aqueduct that is one of the city's best-known landmarks. The circular bullring floor survives at the center of the property as an open courtyard, with the tiered spectator galleries reworked into corridors leading to guest rooms, giving the hotel a layout unlike almost any other in Mexico.
