There is no dedicated wine programme, but fresh-squeezed juices and a full coffee bar round out the drink menu, along with michelada and mimosa options on weekends. The dining room is arranged around tropical plants, tables scattered through the garden, and the sound of running water from the stream, creating what is often described as the most romantic and photogenic breakfast setting on the Riviera Maya; the atmosphere stays relaxed and unhurried rather than lively.
