Tacos y Tortas Los Arcos is a casual taco and torta stand on Cuautla's Avenida Reforma, built for fast, inexpensive street food rather than sit-down dining. Tacos al pastor, bistek con queso and tortas de cecina are the most popular orders, prepared quickly at a walk-up counter for a mostly local clientele. Seating, where available, is limited to stools or standing counters, with the atmosphere informal, quick-paced and unpretentious; there is no dress code and the stand stays open late into the night. Drinks are limited to soda and aguas frescas rather than any bar program. As a walk-up stand, reservations are not accepted, and the best approach is simply to line up during the stand's long daily hours, from morning through late evening.
